Returns Policy
You may return goods sold by The Rustic Wood Barn within 14 days of delivery for a full refund of the item price. The customer is responsible for all return postage costs unless the incorrect item was received.  We advise using a recorded postage option when returning the goods 

We cannot accept returns of certain items, including: 

• Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts.
• Any item that has been cut to the customers measurements
• Any item that has been drawn on/cut/sanded
• Any item that has been defaced or personalised.
• Items returned 14 days after delivery
